Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
The pictures are our products so will closely match. When dealing with natural elements such as timber there can be slight variations in colour and also the content of copper tone and knots in the timber.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver as soon as possible. Bespoke items will take longer if they require manufacturing. Once your order has been placed you will be contacted to arrange a suitable date and time window
Where will my delivery go and who will be delivering my order?

We offer front garden or driveway delivery. Unfortunately our drivers are not insured to carry materials through your house or into the back garden. Plus our drivers need to get to other customers waiting for their deliveries. If you book an installation our installers will take care of getting the materials exactly where they need to be. Please note if delivery is required to an address which is pedestrian access only this will need to be highlighted to us at the point of order. This may incur an additional charge if additional staff or time are required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and debit cards as well as digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do I need to be present for the delivery?

Ideally someone will need to be home to receive the goods as responsibility for the goods will pass to the consumer upon delivery. First Choice Fencing Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that go missing after delivery. Please note we will not deliver to non residential addresses, car parks, fields or allotments in order to combat scams.

Do I need to be present for the installation?

We do require that someone who is able to make decisions is present or available on the day. We will require access to parking including any permits required, water for the cement and electricity for the tools. Even following our initial site visit problems can arise on the day. Pipes or cables can be fixed to or under your existing fence hidden from view. Your ground level will influence the levels of the fence so the installers may ask how you want the fence to step or if its possible to run straight.

I have booked you in for an installation is there anything I need to do?

Unless otherwise agreed we will require parking, access to water and electricity to complete the work. Also somebody who can make decisions about the work will need to be present or available if any decisions are required on the day. Customers need to advise the installers if they are aware of any pipes or cables in the vicinity of the work area.

Can I collect from your workshop?
Collections are available from our workshop in Romford, RM6 5QT. We are tucked behind McDonald’s on Mill Farm Estate.
