Delivered by Our Own Fleet
We are proud of our modern fleet of trucks that are meticulously maintained to ensure the safe and secure transportation of our products. We only use our own sign written trucks and drivers for our deliveries. Our deliveries are carried out by hand rather than using cranes and our 3.5t vehicles are able to access areas that larger lorries cannot.
Delivery Process
As our deliveries are unloaded by hand, we can only offer kerbside delivery. Usually this means front garden or driveway delivery. Our drivers are not insured or able to carry materials through properties into the back garden. Delivering to the rear of the property would be at the discretion of the driver. This is subject to suitable access including but not limited to width of the access and the ground conditions. We offer deliveries between 7:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Upon placing your order our office will contact you to arrange a date and either a morning or afternoon slot. We will call you on the day to advise the delivery is on its way!

Delivery Areas and Restrictions
To combat fraud, we will only deliver to a registered commercial address in the name of the purchaser or residential addresses. Delivery will not be made to any car parks, open spaces or allotments.
Collection Policy
We do require customers placing orders online and collecting from our yard to present valid ID. This is to prevent fraudulent collections. You also benefit from a 10% collection discount on your order, which will be applied at the point of payment. If payment is made in-store via card or cash, ID is not required for collection.
